Participation is first-come, first-served, and all entrants must
complete the digital application in full to be eligible.

Contest Rules & Guidelines
1. All participants must arrive with their pumpkins fully decorated and assembled
prior to the event.
2. No carving or decorating will be allowed on-site during the event.
3. Contest check-in begins at 4:00 PM on Sunday, October 26th. Participants will be
provided designated parking access and early entry to set up their displays.
4. Each participant is allowed to submit one pumpkin display only.
5. Participants must be able to transport and set up their pumpkin display
independently, without assistance from event staff.
6. Voting will open to the public, allowing festival guests to cast their votes
throughout the event when the gates open at 5:00 PM
7. Winners will be announced at 7:30 PM on the main stage.
8. All pumpkins must be taken home by participants at the conclusion of the event.
9. The event team reserves the right to deny entry to any displays deemed
inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe, including pumpkins featuring graphic content,
fake or real weapons, or any materials not suitable for a family-friendly event.
